By downloading, installing, or using the Guard360 mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. Guard360 is developed and operated by Iplext Technologies ("we", "us", or "our").
Guard360 is intended exclusively for use by authorised employees, security guards, field officers, and administrators of organisations that have a valid subscription agreement with Iplext Technologies. Access to the App is granted by your employer. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
Organisations using Guard360 must:
The Guard360 application, including its design, code, features, and content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Iplext Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App solely for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App.
Your use of Guard360 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge and consent that Guard360 collects GPS location data during attendance check-in/check-out and site visit operations. If your organisation has enabled live location tracking, you will be informed separately. This data is used solely for operational and workforce management purposes by your employer.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Guard360 at any time. We may release updates that change features or require acceptance of revised Terms. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Guard360 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iplext Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, Guard360. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by your employer for the Guard360 service in the preceding 3 months.
Your access to Guard360 may be terminated at any time by your employer or by us if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App. Your continued use of Guard360 after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
